Technical specifications for monitoring Community trends in zoonotic agents in foodstuffs

The Directive 2003/99/EC lays down the Community system for the monitoring and collection of information on zoonoses, which obliges Member States to collect relevant, and where applicable, comparable data on zoonoses, zoonotic agents, antimicrobial resistance and food-borne outbreaks.
